Yacine M'seffarbegan learning photography as an assistant & as a collaborator for some of the best photographers .
Hired as a first assistant, his initiation to the demands of commercial photography instilled a a sense on professionalism & perfection for the technical aspects of the discipline. It was with time & in the personal relationships they developed with artists & photographers such as Peter Beard & Raphael Mazzucco that his artistic passions began to create.
After learning the intricacies of commercial photography it was the artistic relationships which challenged Yacine to explore the farther reaches of photography as an art form. They learned to make use of photography as an outlet for creativity without the boundaries set in stone in the more mercantile pursuits. His creative roots are in nature, in the wilderness, that they are inextricably part of & inexplicably distancing ourselves from.
